Coach Ali empowers clients to train and maximize mental strength, agility, and flexibility (think weight room for the mind). Sessions are individualized based on the needs of the person, group, or team, and typically consists of a combination of applied drills, exercises, discussions, written activities, and biofeedback technology.

Coach Ali is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, and is an active member of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee - Sport Psychology Registry. CMPC certification recognizes the knowledge and skill needed to meet the expectations of athletes, coaches, and performers in other settings (e.g., performing artists, military personnel, business executives). As a CMPC, Coach Ali has completed specialized education, engaged in applied training, passed a rigorous exam, adheres to a code of ethics, and commits to ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices.

From Kansas City, Missouri, Coach Ali grew up playing many sports, including softball, soccer, biking, and skateboarding. She played four years of collegiate softball at NAIA and DII levels and currently participates in recreational leagues, like pickleball, slow pitch softball, and karaoke. In her spare time, she enjoys playing music, attending live music, and watching her dogs swim.
